They provided great customer service, had the product here on time, and provided a quality product.
it came quickly though i have the LG vx8700. the type of battery had purchased did not work with my type of phone. i tried charging the phone off and turning it on when i got an error message saying something about the wrong type of battery for my phone. i didnt try to send it back though cause i thought it would be too much of a hassel and didnt really have the time.
for the price its not a bad replacement for my LG phone, which for whatever reason had a battery that didn't want to stay charged for an entire day after about 8-9 mos of use. hopefully this doesnt happen again.
